Trenton Head Start

ACT Engineers coordinated and designed the redevelopment of a 4-acre urban site for a 40,000 sf early childhood facility including classrooms, public hall, commercial kitchen, outdoor play area, and parking.  This site development included site coordination with multiple stakeholders including multiple government agencies and community members. ACT conducted field investigations of subsurface utilities including reconciliation of historic, abandoned, and live sewer and water lines. ACT also directed contractors and mapped construction of a NJDEP permitted remediation and soil cap placement.
