Princeton Theological Seminary

ACT prepared a Storm Water Management Master Plan for the residential campus of the Princeton Theological Seminary for the redevelopment of the 65 acre site. Topographic surveying and mapping of underground utilities, regulated wetlands, and DRCC buffers were prepared for the property. ACT was engaged to complete the site design and engineering for the removal and replacement of the student housing. In addition to the new student housing, a student recreation center as well as a maintenance facility is proposed. ACT completed the site design, permitting and construction documentation for the project, which is currently under construction.
