NJSIAA Facility Expansion

This project involved the development of a 100-space parking lot expansion on an existing site and the redevelopment of the Storm Water Management strategies to utilize Best Management Practices.  The design goals included meeting the pending Phase II storm water requirements.  Design tasks included an onsite delineation of wetlands and the 100 year floodplain. The ultimate design included a bio-retention basin for quality treatment, groundwater recharge and quantity rate attenuation.
