ACT Engineers coordinated multiple regulatory approvals while designing this new 4-building complex which encompassed 300,000 sf of Class A office space.  Both the Bureau of Land Use Regulation and the Bureau of Site Remediation had oversight of this complex project.  Constraints included extensive wetlands and soil permeability issues as well as on-site soil contamination.  This site encompasses 50 acres bisected by a natural drainage feature and bordered by an active railroad.
