Ms. Richards has over 17 years of experience in environmental planning, specializing in project management, agency coordination and public involvement activities. Ms. Richards has managed numerous municipal and multi-state projects involving various transportation-related issues, environmental issues and cultural resources. She is skilled in federal, state, and local agency coordination. She has extensive experience writing public involvement plans, facilitating public meetings, identifying community concerns, reaching consensus on difficult issues, and managing project hotlines and interactive websites. Ms. Richards serves as a Township Supervisor in Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County, PA. She is the Supervisor Liaison to the Whitemarsh Township Sewer Authority and Whitemarsh Township Planning Commission.
