Walt Bronson, P.E., LEED – Director of Engineering
Walt Bronson is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, a Certified Municipal Engineer in NJ, and a LEED-Accredited Professional. Mr. Bronson has over 24 years of site/civil engineering and permitting experience in land development and municipal engineering, including over 14 years of project management. Mr. Bronson has managed the civil/site development of numerous and diverse projects, such as the 1.75 million SF Merrill Lynch Southfields Campus in Hopewell, NJ, the 660,000 SF expansion of Pfizer's Morris Plains Campus, the $3.5 million in site improvements for a new Southern Regional High School, the 352 unit, multi-family West Windsor Gardens, the 450,000 SF Lanes Mill Marketplace in Howell, NJ, and various municipal improvement projects throughout New Jersey.
Mr. Bronson takes great pride in being able to focus on the big picture and then being able to plan and implement a program to deliver a successful project. He defines a successful project as one delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's complete satisfaction.
